BLUFLOC HA6518 Anionic Polyacrylamide Powder is a high molecular weight water soluble polymer designed for water based oilfield drilling mud applications. It helps improve cuttings suspension, mud carrying capacity, viscosity support, rheology control, lubrication performance and drilling fluid stability.
In oil drilling operations, drilling mud must carry cuttings from the bottom of the well to the surface. When viscosity and suspension capacity are not stable, cuttings may settle in the borehole, mud circulation may become less efficient and drilling risk may increase. HA6518 supports a more stable drilling fluid system for better solids transport and cleaner borehole conditions.
