Description: Water Clarifying Agent

Bluwat is the biggest manufacturer and exporter of Water Decoloring Agent in the world. It is a special chemical for textile effluent color removal treatment, especially the wastewater containing water-soluble and insoluble dyes (reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes, etc.), less dosage, the color clear, fast speed, high processing liquid clarification of the settlement, also improve the COD removal rate.

Application Methods:

1	Before use, make BWD-01 with fresh water 40-50 times, to have 2-2.5% concentration solution.
2	Make PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3 content.
3	Make a solution of Anionic flocculant with 0.1% concentration.
4	It is very important, to adjust the effluent pH value to 8-10, with higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well.
5	Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes
6	Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes
7	Add a small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have a big floc. (This step is a suggestion)
8	Sedimentation
9	Check the color of treated effluent
10	Adjust the dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests to have better testing results.
